Stella is an incredibly careless person, mostly following her own wants whims, which has always managed to work out for her and has led to her success in the entertainment industry and a prominent witch despite almost always being late.Her ability to appeal to anyone by being so consistently open and honest as well as herself is most likely how her specialism became almost infinite transformation. Empathy towards others has always been one of her greatest strengths.
She does have the capability to ‘lock in’, proving she’s worthy of her title of a Grand Witch with extraordinary powerful magic, although she rarely needs to as she doesn’t associate with any major happenings involving the government, choosing to spread joy and inspiration to everyday people instead by travelling around.
3. Story
Stella is the Grand Witch of Change, potentially one of the most powerful living witches currently. This is quite hard to confirm since she prefers to travel from place to place, performing for small rural towns instead of any duties of a Grand Witch. She’s solidified herself as a popular icon for children, having her own TV show where she shared her varied magical abilities in the Kingdom of Song, Melodia as well as an even more popular animated show “Super Sparkle Witch Stella: Change is Miraculous” but declared after 8 seasons she “really interested in that kind of life anymore” and went back to travelling.
She taught at CISM after being invited by Quinn, who attended with her and currently teaches there for about 3 years before leaving for unspecified reasons and continues to appear and perform in random places.
She's lived on land ever since (she does go visit her family sometimes as an adult.)
Not knowing how to navigate the world, she was picked up and placed into an orphanage where she grew up with Quinn, both eventually attending CISM.

Stella is not actually a human, she’s a sea-dweller. She longed to see the world and ran away from her home one day, swimming to a waterfall and taking a leap from the top , believing she could grow wings and fly to safety. And she did.

Magic Style: AdaptabilityStella is incredibly flexible, able to alter her body in a variety of ways. She tends to apply this by transforming into different animals. This includes but is not limited to:
- Bear
- Seal
- Hawk
- Elephant
- Dolphin
Magic Wand:
Can supply a wide assortment of silly magicians trinkets, part of her performing act and the main gimmick in her TV shows, sometimes not performing the trick she’d like it to. It also doubles as her broom.

- Although being very popular with children, she has gotten into some controversy regarding her…dress sense. She doesn’t care and makes the point of legware being too restrictive.
- Apparently she was late to the ceremony of her own Grand Witching, only showing up because Quinn sent her an email with the urgent tag. She only read the header and didn’t know it was happening.
